• Apps are not secured in my diary until a £75 non-refundable deposit has been paid.

• If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours your deposit will be lost, and therefore you will need to make another one when rebooking, - no acceptions.

• If you cancel your appointment with more notice, your deposit will still be valid considering you reschedule within 4 weeks from the original appointment.

• If you cancel your appointment with enough notice but do not re book, your deposit will also be lost.

​

• You will have been sent a list of contraindications before you secured the booking with your £75 deposit and asked to confirm that none of the following apply to you.... If you contradict the treatment from being preformed because you have something that was mentioned on the contraindication list then you will lose your deposit and your appointment will be postponed.
