Below is the training programme schedule of the 3 day training course held with Luxe brows. 

Training programme:

At the course one would have the ability to learn the following:

DAY 1 - theoretical part

 

students will have been sent manuals prior to course commencement. This will cover and go over everything students will of learned in the manuals.

1. All health & Safety   

2. Blood borne pathogens   

3. Work place   

4. PPE  

5. Skin implantation depth as well as pigment application.  

6. Contraindications   

7. Aftercare   

8. Skin types   

9. Pigment and reflection through the skin   

10. Practical exercises of drawing the shape on paper   

11. Practical exercises of drawing on latex  

1. Practical hairstroke flow techniques   

2. Practical spine line on latex   

3. Practical upper line strokes   

4. Practical lower line strokes  

5. practical mapping of lip shape

5. Practice of preparation  

Sarah will complete a live model herself at the end of Day 1- students are welcome to ask questions & take videos/ notes to look back on.

 

10am- 5pm

 

DAY 2-  PRACTICAL WORK

1. Practice on dolls head for position & confidence 

2. Practice of shape on dolls head & filling in the strokes 

3. Real life models in the afternoon 

4. Practice of the shape and symmetry on own real life model  

5. Practice of the hair strokes on model.   

6. Design of shape and eyebrows together with trainer, and under Sarah supervision the student will fill in the hair strokes on the model.  

7. Pigment swatch to understand pigment choice.

Day 3 - live models

​

1. Practice in the morning to ensure students are understanding the course and requirements. 

2. Theory recap 

3. 2nd student model (whichever method of your choice) with Sarah’s supervision & help.

4. Recap on the course.

5. Business advice for set up.

6. Apps needed & help on pricing of the treatments.

 

10-3pm

 

IMPORTANT- Students are strongly advised to bring their own model on Day 2 & 3 as it will allow performing further touch up procedures for better learning. Please ensure to email Sarah a clear photo of your model’s LIPS. (Models must not have previous PMU or contradict treatment being performed due to medical reasons)  

If you are unable to bring your own model please let Sarah know and a model will be provided for you.  

Preparation for the class:  

Prior to attending DAY 3, students will be required to do home learning from the teaching material which will be sent out to you. Please allow enough time to study for this before the course. – If you have any questions regarding what is in the manual then don’t worry everything will be covered on the course so just pop some notes down ready to ask Sarah on the course. The manuals are to ensure the student has a bit of a break down knowledge on the lips being taught.

• Decontamination   

• Skin anatomy   

• Break down of the practical side of the machine work

Please ensure to have a basic understanding on the manual content. Please do not email over any questions or queries- the content will be covered on the course.

Courses will be filled quickly as the courses are small-  2 students (3 max) ensuring each student has the most support from Sarah and also has vital support from their peers.   

The cost of the course is £5,000 Students are required to pay £1000 (non-refundable) deposit to secure their place on the course, remaining balance in Cash on the day, or if transfer 2 days prior to course commencement. Deposit must be paid to ensure place on the course and for learning resource manual to be sent out.   

Cost is £5,000 in total- includes kit. 3 days training & 2 models.

Training dates can be moved as long as a weeks notice is given.  

Please ensure to bring manuals and resources to the training days.  

Training kits will be given on the day of the course.
